Turkish craftsmen meticulously apply colors in traditional patterns and then add a protective, shiny glaze. This Turkish bowl can be used as soup or salad bowls or to present guests with tasty tidbits—perhaps some authentic Turkish humus, cured olives or taramasalata (a delicious dip made from cured cod roe whipped with potatoes, olive oil and lemon juice).
