It has six steel telescoping legs that allow you to manually lower, raise and lock-in the adjusted table height by one-inch increments, which requires two people to do so. This heavy-duty workbench can support a total of 2,000-pounds and has a steel frame constructed for strength and supported by a graphite or granite epoxy powder-coating. The overall dimensions of the table are 72-inches in width, 25-inches in depth and a height range of 28.5-42-inches.
